Established in 1959 at Granby Row in Manchester, Granby has a long history in fulfilment.
From its early days as a simple warehousing business, storing high quality, handmade suits from the luxury tailors of Manchester’s ‘Granby Row,’ the business made its name with promotional marketing.
The Company embarked on its specialised marketing services and promotional marketing fulfilment journey throughout the nineties when it was owned by the global media giant Omnicom Corporation.
In 2013, the current managing director Joanne Kimber acquired Granby via an MBO.
Continuing its success and reputation in promotional fulfilment, Granby also began to grow its ‘value add’ distribution services.
As its brand partners’ marketing demands grew, the business expanded its specialisms to include contract packing and 3PL.
In 2022, in its 7th decade, Granby became an employee-owned business. In doing so, securing its position as a trusted 3PL fulfilment partner, as well as our vision of a business that adds measurable value on many levels, including commercial profitability and Social Value.
Granby continues to capitalise on the growing trend of ‘value add 3PL’ services within the distribution and fulfilment sector, while maintaining a specialist expertise in promotional marketing fulfilment.
As a result, Granby has grown into one of the few genuine full service, end-to-end fulfilment providers in the UK.
As a trusted fulfilment partner to a broad range of household brands and public sector organisations, Granby offers three major services: 3PL, promotional marketing and contract packing.
