YOU WILL LEARN

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

• Develop confidence to lead through context, not control – inspiring ownership rather than compliance.

Additional Information

• Pre-course survey: Participants will complete a short survey ahead of the session to tailor the content around their current challenges and priorities.
• Insights Discovery profile and debrief: Where relevant (for those who don’t already have an Insights profile), participants will receive an Insights Discovery profile and attend a 1-hour individual or group debrief prior to the workshop (£162 per person). This profile can also be used to support ongoing coaching and development beyond the session.
• Pre-session preparation: Participants will be asked to complete light pre-work to ensure they arrive ready to get the most value from the day.

DELEGATE LEVEL

For emerging people leaders ready to take the next step from managing the work to leading the people. Ideal for Account Managers through to Account Directors (or equivalent) who are building confidence in managing, motivating, and developing others. Participants will typically have 6 months to 2 years’ experience managing at least one direct report, and are looking to strengthen their impact, communication, and leadership mindset.
