Additional Information

  • Pre-course survey: Participants will complete a short survey ahead of the session to tailor the content around their current challenges and priorities.
  • Insights Discovery profile and debrief: Where relevant (for those who don’t already have an Insights profile), participants will receive an Insights Discovery profile and attend a 1-hour individual or group debrief prior to the workshop (£162 per person). This profile can also be used to support ongoing coaching and development beyond the session.
  • Pre-session preparation: Participants will be asked to complete light pre-work to ensure they arrive ready to get the most value from the day.

 

DELEGATE LEVEL

For experienced people leaders from media, marketing and creative agencies – leaders with at least 12 months’ experience at a senior level and currently managing multiple line reports. Ideal for people who are confident in managing and developing individuals, but want to elevate their focus to building cohesive, collaborative, high-performing teams.

Jo Webb is a Leadership Coach and former Chief People Officer with over 25 years’ experience helping creative and marketing agencies unlock leadership, culture and performance. Jo specialises in building emotionally intelligent, human-centred leaders who can drive high performance in fast-paced, hybrid environments.
