Mentoring
Each delegate will be assigned a senior agency person who will act as their mentor during the programme. Of course, these conversations are confidential, but it is a unique opportunity to be guided by someone who can share their experience and knowledge. Prior to starting the programme delegates will need to complete a questionnaire which will be shared with your mentor to help guide the sessions and ensure every conversation is beneficial. There will be the opportunity for 4 mentoring sessions over the course of the programme.
The Agency of the Future
Throughout the course attendees work collaboratively to develop the vision and practices that they will take into their new roles – delegates will be split into groups. At the end of the course each group will have developed their blueprint for agency leadership, which we have called The Agency of the Future. They will present this back to the tutors and senior agency leaders and be encouraged to share this with their own SLT. We plan to film the presentations and share with the wider Alliance membership.
