Course Modules
Companies have worked hard to get rid of explicit racial discrimination which is easier to identify and to sanction. However, many unconscious and implicit biases are still at play which are harder to call out. This e-learning module looks at the global picture of ethnic diversity in the workplace, considers some of the barriers in the way of success and shares some case studies of best practice.

Our beliefs about women in the workplace are built at a young age and continue to impact our experiences, both as men and women in the workplace, as adults. Work through practical tips towards identifying and addressing gender disparities in the workplace.

Disabled people account for 1 in 5 of us and yet we pay the least attention to this group when discussing diversity. Learn what you can do to make the workplace more inclusive for disabled people.

While LGBTQIA+ people remain ‘in the closet’ in the workplace and around them colleagues believe same-sex relationships are wrong, there will be an impact on performance appraisal and career progression. Commit to breaking down some of the barriers from allowing everyone to bring their whole selves to work.
Negative stereotypes impact men as well as women. Find out more about Masculinity in the Workplace here…
This e-learning module looks at how the emerging global neurodiversity movement is raising awareness of different types of brains and multiple intelligences. We consider some of the barriers in the way of success for neurodivergent colleagues and how to identify interventions to help build inclusion for all types of brain differences in the workplace.
A multi-generational workforce can actually increase diversity, and yet we hear about the issues it brings. Find out more here

Change the narrative around gender identity and step into your allyship, to create workplace cultures where we all feel comfortable to bring the intersections of our identities to work.

Social class is an often hidden but incredibly important element of diversity. It also seems to be the least mentioned metric of them all.
