Job Title: Membership & Communications Intern

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Membership & Communications Intern to join our team for a 6-month placement, reporting directly to the Membership Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across membership engagement, communications, and events, while building a strong understanding of the marketing and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for member agencies, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and supported.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing newsletters and other membership communications.
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content for social media channels.
  • Coordinate and set up Action Group meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Play an instrumental role in organising and delivering events—both in-person and virtual—that bring the agency community together.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of members, meetings, and communications.
  • Support other projects and initiatives as required by the Membership Manager.
