20/20 Levels is a social mobility organisation, empowering black and racially under-represented young people from 18 - 30 years old through opportunities to maximise their potential. Through a variety of training programmes, mentorship, career and business support. 

Our commitment to excellence, passion for community and dedication to transparency, helps us to achieve clear, explicit and sustained change for young professionals. As an organisation, we aim to help young people not only develop new skills but also grant them access to opportunities that will help them move up the socio-economic ladder.

Our programmes have transformed the lives of over a thousand young people across London. With over 60% of our candidates gaining new employment within three months of completing our programme.

We strive to deliver the best support and resources possible. We work with the best businesses and we ask that our young people try to show up as their best selves in the following ways: 

• I Am Change - Our award winning career development programme ensures young people develop a new way of thinking and points them in the direction of opportunities they might not have recognised for themselves. Over the course of 12 weeks we can help produce better informed and confident young people.
• Levels - We support overlooked entrepreneurs to initiate, sustain, and thrive in their businesses. Our comprehensive 12 week programme is specifically designed for entrepreneurs who have not received the support they deserve to equip them with the necessary skills to make their business boom.
• 20-20 Talent - This is our revenue-generating arm to continue helping companies source diverse talent through our alumni network. We have launched bespoke recruitment programmes with the likes of American Express, Landsec, Virgin Media 02, Federated Hermes and LexisNexis Risk Solutions to name a few.
