Prompted by the alarming conclusions of the Forrester Report (Agencies that master these conditions will build sustainable economic models; those that resist will struggle) at the end of 2023 in relation to the agency business model we started to explore different business models agencies could adopt.

This was brilliantly supported by Caroline Johnson of the Agency Business Model Company who with Nick Baker of Stick & Twist showed us how together they moved the agency from selling by time to selling on value.
