INSPIRING YOUR TEAM: Leadership, Teamwork and Motivation

This short and pithy session is ideal for those who have cracked the basics of
managing the process of developing ideas but are now finding it hard to
manage people and teams

Paul will provide some simple thoughts and skills around becoming a more
effective leader of people and teams.

Alex Beeden, Head of Client Relations at Active International and a Member Lead of our Future Leaders Action Group will introduce Paul & manage Q&A’s for this session.

We will not be recording this session so please do attend online on the day.

After the session we hope attendees will have a greater confidence to lead, inspire, and to understand how to spot a motivated and demotivated team.
