Emma Hilary, Relationship Consultant | The Client Relationship Consultancy Group

The Alliance & our Member Lead Dan Pritchard, CEO at Program Agency would like to invite you to the Q2 New Business Action Group:

Relationships matter – and they’re under pressure given what’s happening in the world right now. Leveraging their experience as a global consultancy, Emma Hilary – Relationship Consultant at The Client Relationship Consultancy Group will share CRC’s expert view on what the changing landscape of client agency relationships means for agencies today. CRC will share a data driven view by sector as to what clients are valuing in agencies and what’s holding agencies back. As relationships are a key lever of agency growth and critical to client retention, they need active management. The session will feature practical tips as to how to best maintain and grow relationships during times of economic uncertainty.

Emma Hillary is a committed believer in the fundamental role of strong relationships to commercial success – something that seems to be increasingly overlooked in today’s increasingly transactional and short termist climate. As a Consultant at the Client Relationship Consultancy (CRC), Emma supports agency teams, from founders and CEOs all the way down to account teams to successfully manage their client relationships for agency growth. She consults with both global & UK agencies and across a variety of sectors from media to performance marketing and creative. Her goal is always the same: to help the agencies she works with leverage the opportunities and mitigate risk. As a qualified coach, Emma is motivated by helping teams and agencies unlock their potential. She draws a lot on her 17 years of career experience within the industry to do this, having lead client teams across networked & independent creative agencies and consultancies around the globe, Emma knows what it feels like to be on the other side of the table.
