Leadership Pathway Programme
The Leadership Pathway programme is the only learning programme dedicated to developing the next generation of agency leaders. This new Alliance course has been designed for agency people whose next step is into a leadership position. Candidates may currently be board members looking to take on a Senior Leadership role or whose next role is a Board position. The programme is relevant for all departments.
The programme runs for 9 months and consists of the following.

- Mentoring
- Access to dedicated “Mighty Networks” Platform
- Agency of the Future Presentation
- Recommended books and podcasts.

What will it cost?
The cost of the programme is £2,500 + VAT for members and £3,500 + VAT for non-members.
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
