Jenny Plant is a trainer and coach for account managers in creative agencies, helping them move from order taker to commercially-aware advisor.

She’s spent 30 years in account management and several years client-side in marketing. Jenny hosts the Creative Agency Account Manager podcast and runs the Account Accelerator™ – a 12 week programme designed to help client-facing teams who are responsible for the agency’s forecast to deepen client relationships and grow existing accounts. Her approach combines practical ‘non-salesy’ sales and strategy skills with AI enablement to help account managers at every level to add more value to their clients – and take pressure off the agency’s new business pipeline.
