Session overview:

AI Positioning for Agencies

Krystian shared insights from their two years of working closely with ChatGPT and other AI tools. He spoke about the rapid adoption of AI chatbots (including the statistic that 80% of Britons now use ChatGPT) and the increasing number of AI-generated answer boxes appearing in Google search results.
He emphasised the importance for agencies to build their AI visibility—drawing parallels with the early days of SEO—and offered to arrange synergy calls or AI audits for those wanting to understand their current positioning.

AI Brand Positioning Strategies

Krystian discussed how agencies can translate traditional marketing concepts into terminology that AI systems recognise and respond to. He shared examples of client work, training materials, and graphics that help bridge the gap between SEO thinking and AI-driven visibility.
He also referenced a confidence poll from the meeting, where most participants rated their agency’s AI readiness between 7 and 9, with one at 4—highlighting the varying levels across the group.

AI Search Visibility Trends

We looked at how AI-driven search visibility is shifting, with smaller providers increasingly outperforming big brands like Google and RAC in answer boxes. Krystian explained how tools such as Prompti’s rank tracker can help agencies monitor their own visibility and identify new opportunities.
He also highlighted how his team is building internal confidence by running weekly AI news updates and AI-focused stand-ups.

Integrating AI into Client Services

Krystian shared examples of how RobotZebra is openly incorporating AI into client work – using transparent demonstrations, running training sessions, and creating AI visibility dashboards. These approaches have helped with both client education and upselling or cross-selling services.

He also noted that offering AI resources and training has strengthened lead nurturing and opened opportunities to collaborate with other AI-focused agencies.
