While companies are doing their best to help to protect the mental health of their staff, sometimes we still get feelings of overwhelm.

As part of the Alliance of Independent Agencies, you are certainly not alone.

We have created a safe space where we can all share the struggles of what we’re facing at our agencies, and receive advice on how to deal with them.

This interactive session will be led by our People Chair, Sabrina Chevannes (Founder & CEO of member agency: Complex Creative), Sabrina will be joined by Ryan Hopkins, Future of Wellbeing Leader at Deloitte, who will be able to offer advice on how to deal with mental health issues within our member agencies.
