Ryan Hopkins, Future of Wellbeing Leader | Deloitte

Agency life is fast-paced, intense and sometimes, quite stressful.

While companies are doing their best to help to protect the mental health of their staff, sometimes we still get feelings of overwhelm.

As part of the Alliance of Independent Agencies, you are certainly not alone.

We have created a safe space where we can all share the struggles of what we’re facing at our agencies, and receive advice on how to deal with them.

This interactive session will be led by our People Chair, Sabrina Chevannes (Founder & CEO of member agency: Complex Creative), Sabrina will be joined by Ryan Hopkins, Future of Wellbeing Leader at Deloitte, who will be able to offer advice on how to deal with mental health issues within our member agencies.

About our Guest: Ryan Hopkins is on a mission to engage 1 billion people in the betterment of wellbeing, creating workplaces where individuals can be healthy, happy and productive; where both organisations and individuals thrive.

Ryan is the Future of Wellbeing Leader at Deloitte, Host of the Audacious Goals Club, and soon to be published author – ’52 Weeks of Wellbeing: a no nonsense guide to a fulfilling work life’ will be available in January 2024.

Ryan’s work has positively influenced the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. He shares his personal story of bulimia, depression, anxiety openly and has reached over 5 million on social media, recently being announced Global Emerging Wellbeing Leader of the Year.

Sharing in the session is optional and you will not have to share anything you are not comfortable with.

This is a free member benefit session.
