The narrative in the trade press suggests that only large network agencies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis) have the budget to leverage AI effectively. This session challenges that view. We will demonstrate that agility, not budget, is the defining success factor for GenAI adoption.
Join our Group Lead Jason Anderson (Digital & Technology Director at Avantgarde) & panel as we explore how independent agencies can use enterprise-level tools to deliver output that previously required network-scale resources, effectively levelling the playing field.
Key learning outcomes for Members
By attending this session, our members will learn:
1. Agility tactics: How to implement AI workflows in days, not months, beating the slow procurement cycles of big networks.
2. Service expansion: How to use AI to offer “big agency” services (data analysis, personalisation at scale) without increasing headcount.
3. Client sales: How to position AI-assisted work to clients as a value-add for efficiency, rather than a way to cut fees.
4. Tool selection: A filter for which tools are worth the subscription cost for an SME agency.
