Talia will cover the following key points during her session:

What is Financial Wellbeing?

Achieving security and ease with money management, ensuring bills are paid, unexpected expenses are covered, and future financial health is on track.

Employer’s Role
Continuing financial education in the workplace is crucial for employee wellbeing, productivity, and performance. With over half of employees struggling with bills and credit commitments, employers can make a significant positive impact.

Effective Support
Beyond having a resource page on the intranet, employers need to ensure employees are aware of available support and know who to turn to for help.

Key Programme Elements
Core components of a financial wellbeing programme in the workplace.

Co-Design Importance
Creating programmes with employees, for employees.

Coaching Approach
Facilitating productive money conversations in the workplace.
Join us to learn practical strategies for starting and sustaining a financial wellbeing programme that truly makes a difference.

We hope you can join the Alliance, Talia & our Member Lead, Isy Odlin – Chief People Person at Hub on 17th July!
