Chelsea Johnston: Chelsea has over six years of dedicated programmatic experience, originally joining StackAdapt in Toronto, CA and supporting the Client Services team for 4 years. In 2023, she brought her detailed knowledge and cross-market expertise overseas to support global expansion for StackAdapt and the ever-growing EMEA Team. Now based in the UK, Chelsea is highly focused on building strong client relationships with agencies and brands, while leading with a data-driven approach.

Sharon had a career as an award-winning producer, client services director and MD in creative agencies, before becoming a leadership coach 10 years ago. She now uses her understanding of how agencies tick, to get their CEO’s and leadership teams firing on all cylinders.
She specialises in building confidence, authenticity and emotional intelligence in leaders so they unleash their inner power to inspire and lead high performing teams. She is in the top 1% of accredited coaches in the UK, and trains professional coaches. She has a psychology degree, is a fine artist and has a Post Grad in coaching.

We are delighted to welcome In The HotSeat Mark Lund.
Mark has spent 25 years leading and founding marketing and advertising organisations, as an entrepreneur and executive, as well as playing significant roles in the industry’s governance.
As President of McCann Worldgroup UK and Europe, (2014 -22) Mark headed a 4,000+ strong organization, made up of some of the region’s best marketing services companies and marketing communications experts across 45 countries. His remit was to help them come together to deliver total integration at scale in all aspects of business communications and reputation building.
Previously Mark helped co-found two independent advertising businesses, one of which, Delaney Lund Knox Warren (DLKW), became a top 10 UK agency. He has also served as the chief executive of the Central Office of Information (COI), the UK government’s marketing and communications arm and behaviour change centre.
He is currently Chairman of Asbof, the funding body for the UK’s advertising self-regulation system and of Smart Energy GB, the body overseeing the consumer outreach for the Smart Meter rollout, as well as Deputy Chair of the Mission Group. Most recently Mark has become Deputy Chair for the Government’s Online Advertising Taskforce and a Trustee for Spinal Research.
He has been Chairman of the Advertising Association and served on the councils of both the IPA and ISBA, as well as the Chair of the AA’s Media Smart and Children’s Panel and sits on the AA council. Mark received an Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to the advertising industry in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list 2016
