Creative Slam

As part of the ever-popular GreenJam programme, designed to develop junior to mid-level members of our agencies, the Creative Slam is a highly energising, insightful and fun way to experience the power of creativity.

It’s a live event where participants are given 45 minutes, in groups of around 6, to solve a client brief. They use the time to create ideas, consider the target market and communication channels and create a compelling presentation. It’s a fast-paced event that will leave participants and the client breathless.

Giving the client brief will be Carol Feeley, Head of Creative at Ocado.

As Head of Creative at Ocado Retail, Carol Feeley leads a team of 34 creatives, spanning motion, copy, design, and beyond. With a proven track record of driving impactful and award-winning creative strategies, Carol brings a wealth of experience from their five-year tenure as ECD at Innocent Drinks. Prior to that, they honed their skills agency-side, collaborating with Disney, Nickelodeon, The Royal Ballet, Discovery Channel, and Warner Bros. Carol is a trained Coach and an advocate for inclusive creative leadership. She’s also slightly rebellious in nature so you can expect the unexpected…

We’ll also be joined by Tina Fegent on our judging panel, Tina is a trailblazer in marketing procurement, bringing three decades of expertise to the field. In 2006, she founded her consultancy, empowering global brands to maximise marketing investments through innovative procurement strategies. Recognised for her collaborative approach, Tina has shaped best practices, focus on driving efficiencies and delivering exceptional marketing ROI for her clients marketing budgets. A sought-after speaker and advisor, she shares insights at industry events, fostering dialogue between marketing and their marketing procurement counterparts. With a passion for aligning business goals and creative excellence, Tina continues to lead the way in optimising marketing procurement’s impact on brands and stakeholders alike.

They share, discreetly, the issues they face and mentor each other in best practice. They provide vital input our the Alliance programme of support which includes the annual Festival of Happiness.
