Mat has over 25 years of leadership experience building and scaling award-winning agencies. Mat is the founder of Amigo Partnership – the integrated creative agency known for blending human and artificial intelligence to deliver marketing services for global brands such as Rolls-Royce PLC, BAT PLC and Virgin Mobile MENA.
Mat set the vision the agency’s pivot to become AI-enabled and has lead the strategy for AI productisation, founding Advanced Marketing Intelligence and AMI.GO® — a proprietary synthetic agency model and suite of AI tools spanning marketing decision intelligence and creative automation.
Mat has held senior leadership and board roles across both independent and network agencies and attended the AI Programme at University of Oxford (Said Business School).

With over 20 years of experience spanning global networks and independent agencies, Glo brings deep expertise in integrated strategic marketing. She has worked across a wide range of global and domestic brands and categories, leading cross-functional teams across Europe, Asia, and the Pacific. Her experience includes the development and execution of global and regional brand and go-to-market strategies, brand identity, packaging, promotional marketing, and integrated B2B and B2C communications.
As Managing Director of Amigo Partnership, Glo has played a pivotal role in steering the agency’s strategic pivot toward AI and productisation. Under her leadership, the business is embracing AI in ways that are both scalable and human-centred—enhancing efficiency, empowering the team, and ensuring that innovation is aligned with Amigo’s values and ambition.

With over 12 years of experience in Project and Product Management across diverse categories and high-profile digital initiatives, Raj brings depth, discipline, and vision to every project he leads. In 2025, he was promoted to Senior Product Manager for AMI.GO®, recognising his leadership and strategic contribution to the platform’s evolution.
As a founding member of the AMI.GO® team, Raj has been instrumental in shaping Amigo Partnership’s approach to product development. More recently, he has played a central role in expanding the agency’s AI consultancy capabilities, helping clients harness emerging technologies with clarity and purpose.
