Event Details

AI is everywhere — reshaping how we work, connect, and lead. But as we embrace automation and smart tools, we need to ask:

Is AI helping us build more inclusive workplaces, or reinforcing the biases we’re trying to break?

Our next DEI Action group session is all about Real Talk — cutting through the noise to explore how AI can genuinely support DEI efforts, and where the risks lie. We’re bringing together two powerful voices Aisha Lysejko and Akbar Karenga with deep insight and lived frontline experience. Together, we’ll dive into the practical, the possible, and the pitfalls — so you walk away with real solutions you can put into action.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to put your own questions to the experts-Our plan is an informal and interactive discussion, DEI Action Group Chair Gemma Popejoy will put some of the big questions to our guests (feel free to submit your questions in advance via the registration form below), and there will also be time for those joining to ask Aisha and Akbar your own questions too.
