Attracting & Growing Talent That Will Shape Tomorrow
The future of our industry depends on the people we inspire, nurture, and empower today. Join us for an engaging, interactive session where our member lead (Alexa Stewart of Cirkle) our panelists & attendees will explore how to attract the brightest future talent and create thriving cultures that help them grow.
What to expect:
🔹 Reimagining Attraction – What future talent really wants (values, purpose, flexibility) and how to communicate your employer brand authentically.
🔹 Driving Inclusion – Building recruitment pipelines that open doors and make our sector more visible and appealing to diverse talent.
🔹 Growing Talent – How career pathways, mentorship, wellbeing, and culture of belonging can unlock potential and retain great people.
🔹 Real Stories, Real Strategies – Hear directly from agency leaders and employees on what works, what doesn’t, and the tangible steps we can all take.
🔹 Collaborative Discussion – Share ideas, challenges, and commitments that will shape our collective approach to talent.
Why attend?
This isn’t just another panel session. It’s a working session designed to spark inspiration and action, helping us shape the future of talent together. Whether you’re leading a team, building culture, or just passionate about making the creative sector a great place to work, your voice matters.
Alexa will also share findings from our recent Talent Survey – thank you to those who participated.
